The artistic pupils of Kirkland & Catterall St. Helens C of E primary school, based on The Green, have been getting crafty with one of Miller Homes’ house types at its nearby development, Beacon Park. The children let their creative spirit run wild, designing their own versions of the 3 bedroomed Malory home, with multicoloured, sequin and pom pom-decorated homes not uncommon amongst the entries!

Five winners were chosen from across the school Daisy, Jack, Alice, Martha and Charlie alongside five runners up being Freddy, Erin, Joseph, Gabriella and Nikitaall, who all received arts and crafts goodies as their prizes, as provided by Miller Homes.

Mr Scholz, headteacher at the school said: “When Miller Homes got in touch and offered prizes for our children to get involved in this fun competition, we had to oblige! We love how involved they are in the local community and look forward to hopefully welcoming children living at the Beacon Park development to our school in the future.”

The Malory is not just a design on paper but a fully-fledged home on offer at Miller Homes’ Beacon Park development on Joe Lane.
