National housebuilder Miller Homes is unveiling two show homes at one of its newest Lancashire developments, Montague Place in Clitheroe which will feature a total of 110 new homes, consisting of two bed bungalows, and three-and four-bedroom houses.

After the sales centre opened earlier this year, Miller Homes are now inviting interested house hunters to catch a glimpse of the type of houses they can expect to find at Montague Place. The featured show homes are the Maplewood, a four bedroom open plan house with an integral garage and the Overton, a welcoming three bedroom home.

The Maplewood has a large kitchen, dining, and family area at the back of the house which is complimented by beautiful French doors leading to the back garden. There is also a separate living room along with three bedrooms upstairs, one of which has a separate dressing room, and home office space too.

The Overton features a welcoming lounge and beautiful light and airy kitchen. A separate laundry area helps keep the dining area free for relaxed entertaining. The three bedroom home is ideal for first time buyers and small families.

Alongside bringing an exciting new community to Clitheroe at Montague Place, Miller Homes will also be making contributions of over £870,000 to the local area. This money will be used towards a variety of different areas for the residents and local community. Over £600k of the sum will go towards education, £70k to town centre upgrade works and £200k will go towards improving public transport.

Clare Noakes, Sales Director for Miller Homes in the North West says: “We’re very proud of our show homes and are excited to show the residents of Clitheroe what’s on offer. Both are real ‘wow’ homes, so we’re excited for local house hunters to experience this.”
