Slingsby Marmalade Espresso Martini
The Espresso Martini was created by bartender Dick Bradsell in the mid-80s when a model walked into his bar and asked for a drink to ‘wake her up’. Slingsby’s twist on the popular classic adds a slight sweetness of Marmalade and compliments chilly winter evenings.

Ingredients:

37.5ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
12.5ml Coffee Liqueur (Slingsby use Mr Black but would recommend Kahlua or Tia Maria as well)
25ml Espresso or Cold Brew (Slingsby use Artemis Cold Brew)
10ml Sugar Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker
Shake well with ice then remove the ice and shake once more.
Strain into a Martini or Coupe glass and garnish with coffee beans.
