Miller Homes has opened applications for the first round of its 2026 Community Fund, inviting charities and community groups across the North West, including Coppull to apply for grants to support local projects and initiatives.

The fund offers donations ranging from £250 to £2,000, helping organisations that make a positive difference within the communities where the homebuilder operates.

Applications for the latest round of funding will open on Wednesday 18 March 2026 and close on Wednesday 29 April 2026, with community and charity groups encouraged to apply for projects that will deliver meaningful benefits locally.

Since launching in 2022, the Miller Homes Community Fund has supported more than 350 charities and community groups, with funding totalling over £349,000. The initiative has backed a wide range of projects, from grassroots sports clubs and youth organisations to community support services and volunteer led groups.

Clare Noakes, Sales Director for Miller Homes North West, said: “The Community Fund is an important way for us to support the communities where we build. Local charities and organisations play a vital role in bringing people together and supporting those who need it most, and we are proud to help fund initiatives that make a real difference.”

Miller Homes’ commitment to supporting local communities extends across the UK, with each of its regional offices operating its own £10,000 Community Fund. Collectively, these funds will contribute £100,000 to community projects during 2026.
