Immediately after the end of the race in Qatar last weekend, Red Bull’s Helmut Marko had controversially suggested that Mercedes’ Kimi Antonelli had intentionally let McLaren’s Lando Norris past to finish fourth rather than fifth and help him earn an extra couple of points ahead of yesterday’s Drivers’ title decider in Abu Dhabi.

Just a handful of days after last weekend’s headline-making Formula 1 round in Las Vegas, where McLaren suffered a self-inflicted double disqualification, the on-track action has resumed in Qatar, with a Sprint race yesterday followed by today’s Grand Prix.

The Yorkshire Rams begin preparations for their new season this Sunday, the 30th of November, as they have their first open training session from 2pm to 4pm at Leeds Road Sports Complex. They will be looking to improve on the work they did last season, in which they sadly lost out in the playoff semi-finals against Merseyside Nighthawks.
