Employee-owned law firm Ison Harrison has launched a new office in Penistone, marking its 25th regional branch and its first foothold in South Yorkshire.

The expansion into the historic Market Street site follows a period of growth for the firm, which transitioned to a 100% employee-owned model in 2022 and reported revenues surpassing £35 million for 2025.

The Penistone team is headed by newly appointed branch manager and conveyancer Lyndsay Clark. The dedicated on-site team includes Emma Burnham, Susie Hutton, Amanda Eastwood, and Alicia Eastwood in conveyancing; Antony Exley and Charlie Forrest in wills and probate; and solicitor Holly Dawson managing commercial property. Family law support will be provided by Loreena Walker and Abbie Churchill.

Lyndsay Clark said: "My team and I joined Ison Harrison earlier in the year with a view to opening and running a new Penistone office and we were delighted when we were able to secure such a prominent office on Market Street. Having worked as a conveyancer in the town for many years I am confident that we will be able to provide immediate, high-quality legal support to a community we know exceptionally well.”
