Region’s Businesses Gear Up For Networking Success At Cumbria Business Expo 2026
More than 1,000 professionals and 100 exhibitors are expected to attend Cumbria Business Expo 2026 at Carlisle Racecourse on June 5.
Now in its fourth year the Expo, which brings together businesses from across the Northwest and Cumbria, is becoming one of the area’s most popular business to business networking events.
The organisers, Northwest based Shout Network, say it is designed to provide the business community with direct access to potential customers, suppliers, partners and decision-makers all under one roof.
Ian Coupe, CEO of Shout Connect said: “Cumbria has an incredible business community with ambitious companies doing fantastic things across a huge range of sectors.
“The Cumbria Business Expo is about bringing that energy together in one place. We want businesses to meet new customers, create partnerships, discover opportunities and feel part of something bigger.
“There is enormous potential across the region, and this event is designed to help businesses connect, collaborate and grow together.
Cumbria Business Expo 2026 will include exhibitors from across the public and private sectors and there will be networking opportunities, business support organisations, live demonstrations and opportunities for companies to raise their profile within the region.
The Expo is about celebrating Cumbria’s business community while helping companies unlock new commercial opportunities, said Mr Coupe.
Cumbria has more than 22,700 businesses and supports approximately 249,000 jobs across key sectors including manufacturing, tourism, nuclear, engineering, hospitality, construction and professional services.
Cumbria Business Expo 2026 takes place on Friday 5 June 2026 at Carlisle racecourse from 9am to 3pm.
