Blackpool Tower Circus set for spectacular return so if you are having a break in Blackpool or live in the area, it's well worth a visit
The world-famous Blackpool Tower Circus is gearing up for a spectacular return, with only a week to go before the 2026 season officially opens.
For more than 30 years, the Endresz family has captivated audiences inside one of Blackpool’s most iconic attractions – and this year’s show promises to be more breathtaking than ever.
The new season launches on Saturday 14 February, perfectly timed for families visiting Blackpool during the half-term holidays.
Legendary clowns Mooky and Mr Boo will once again take centre stage, joined by an extraordinary cast of acrobats, aerialists and stunt performers hand-picked from across the globe.
From heart-stopping trapeze feats to high-energy juggling and awe-inspiring aerial displays, the 2026 production is set to deliver an unforgettable experience for all ages.
Rob Smith, General Manager of the Blackpool Tower Circus, said: “Every year, the Endresz family selects the very best international performers to delight our audiences. This season features seven brand new, breathtaking acts that will amaze visitors of all ages.
“We can’t wait to welcome guests back to create more magical memories in this truly unique venue.”
Dating back to 1894, the Blackpool Tower Circus is the second oldest permanent circus arena in the world, with seating for up to 1,250 guests.
It is also one of only a handful of circuses worldwide to feature a sinking ring. During the famous water finale, the hydraulic floor lowers to allow thousands of litres of water to flood the arena in under a minute.
